When you open an account on p0ki, you agree to our terms governing deposits, withdrawals, tournament entry, account security, and dispute resolution. These terms are not negotiable boilerplate—they reflect how we actually operate: we process your DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and bank transfers (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) within standard banking windows, we verify your identity before your first withdrawal, and we resolve disputes within defined timeframes.

Account Opening & Verification on p0ki

To open a p0ki account, you provide a username, password, email address, phone number, and basic personal details. You then verify your identity by uploading a national ID (KTP or passport) and proof of residence (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months). This Know Your Customer (KYC) process is mandatory and typically completes within one business day.

You can request a withdrawal at any time, even if you have active tournament entries. Your withdrawal is independent of your tournament participation.

Maximum withdrawal
No cap on single withdrawals. Large transfers (above standard bank limits) may require split requests.
Pending status

If your account is compromised due to your own negligence (you shared your password, used a publicly available computer, or did not log out), p0ki is not liable for unauthorized transactions. If we identify suspicious activity on your account, we will investigate, and if confirmed as unauthorized, we will reverse the transactions and restore your balance.

Dispute Resolution on p0ki

If you believe an error occurred in your account—an incorrect game outcome, a missing withdrawal, a wrongly applied bonus condition—you must report it to our support team within 14 days of the incident. We investigate disputes within 24 hours and provide a written decision within 5 business days.

Escalations to our compliance officer are reviewed within 10 business days. This decision is final. We do not offer further appeals beyond this point; however, you retain any legal rights available in your jurisdiction.

We maintain records of all disputes for at least three years so we can audit our decisions and identify patterns. If a large number of disputes point to a game malfunction, we investigate with our game studio partners and may roll back affected games across multiple accounts.

Account Closure & Data Retention on p0ki

You can close your p0ki account at any time by submitting a request via our support portal. Once closed, your account cannot be reopened—you must create a new one if you wish to return (and you will go through KYC verification again).

Upon closure, we return any remaining balance to your registered payment method within one business day. Your account data (transaction history, personal information) is retained for three years for regulatory and legal compliance, then securely deleted. You cannot request early deletion of transaction records; however, you can request deletion of non-essential personal data (e.g., phone number preferences) via our privacy team.

If you close your account and then request reactivation within 30 days, we may be able to restore it; however, this is not guaranteed. Contact our support team immediately if you close by mistake.

Liability & Indemnity on p0ki

We at p0ki provide our service "as is"—we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free gameplay, or specific outcomes. You accept all risks of using our platform, including the risk of losing your deposit. We are not liable for technical failures, internet outages, or third-party payment-provider errors beyond our control.

You agree to indemnify p0ki against any claims arising from your use of the platform in violation of these terms or applicable law. For example, if you use p0ki from a prohibited jurisdiction and face legal action, you agree not to hold p0ki liable.

Our maximum liability to you is the amount of your last deposit, regardless of the nature of the claim. This limit does not apply to claims arising from our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Changes to Terms & Service Termination on p0ki

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 30 days in advance. Your continued use of p0ki after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not accept the changes, you must close your account before the new terms take effect.

We may suspend or close your account immediately if you violate these terms, engage in fraud, attempt to exploit our systems, or violate applicable law. We will provide written notice and an explanation of the violation. If your account is closed for violation, your balance will be returned to your payment method within standard windows, minus any amounts owed to p0ki due to chargebacks or fraud recovery.

Our service is available only where local law permits. If our legal status changes in your jurisdiction, we may suspend or terminate service with 60 days' notice. Upon termination, we return all balances as described above.
